Abstract: The importance of «assembly» of a comprehensive person to achieve success in life and profession is substantiated. Trends of the changing character of professions, appearance of trades of the future and system of above-professional skills necessary for them are analyzed. Problems of modeling in the sphere of professional education are discussed. It is revealed that adequate models of future specialists and systems of training them must be created on the basis of multi-model and model games. The perspectivity of Life Strategy of Creative Person (LSCP) proposed within Theory of Development of Creative Person (TDCP) is exposed. It is shown that modern Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TIPS) practically fully provides the formation of the required professional skills for the trades of the future.
